Privacy

This page says what this site collects when you book a consult or write to us, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

The details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, your move-in date, the rooms and your message. If you text us photos, we see the photos and your number. If you book through our scheduling page, that page collects your details under its own policy.

How we use it

To answer you, set up a consult or a visit and write your estimate. We don't sell your details or share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to do the job and meet our records obligations. Estimates for completed jobs are kept with the job record.

Your choices

Email or call and ask us to delete or correct your details. We'll do it and tell you when it's done.
